Can I select my own students?
We work directly with you to learn and understand your staffing needs,
so that we will be able to find the best “fit” for your operation. With
you, we determine the jobs you have to offer, and the English skill necessary
for those jobs. It is our goal to establish a strong relationship with
you, so that we have a clear understanding of the type of employees that
you are searching for. Our relationship with employers is such that they
ask us to select their staff based on criteria and dates they provide.
We do offer employers the option of attending the overseas interview process
at their cost, if they prefer a more “hands-on” approach to hiring students.
Do you have references?
